Global Corporate Sustainability Report 2025

The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) has recently published the Global Corporate Sustainability Report 2025, which analyses how companies are adopting the sustainability recommendations contained in the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, including transparency in reporting, dialogue between shareholders and companies, board accountability and stakeholder engagement.

Corporate sustainability involves integrating environmental and social factors into business strategies, operations and reporting for a sound governance, enabling investors to better assess long-term risks and opportunities.

This edition presents an in-depth analysis of the energy sector, assessing emission reduction targets, executive remuneration, capital expenditure and investment in environmental research and development.
