The OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) has recently published the Global Corporate Sustainability Report 2025, which analyses how companies are adopting the sustainability recommendations contained in the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance, including transparency in reporting, dialogue between shareholders and companies, board accountability and stakeholder engagement.
